Yes. Discovering, searching, following, and messaging schools and departments is free for every organization on every plan. We want the maximum number of organizations reaching out to campuses, because partnership benefits everyone. The deeper pipeline analytics view is included on Pro and above.
What can I see on a school or department profile?
Each institution has a clean, consistent public profile with its logo, type, location, departments, open opportunities, follower count, upcoming career fairs, and a verified badge when the institution is verified. From the profile you can follow the institution or send it a message.
What are pipeline insights?
Pipeline insights aggregate your own applicant flow per school and per department. For each campus you see hires, applications, interviews, offers, outreach, profile views, and the application to hire conversion rate, with a per-school deep dive, cohort filters by major and class year, and CSV or JSON export. It is your own data, never another organization's, and never student personal information beyond what you already received through an application.
